Man Exposed Himself To Neighbors Outside Virginia Apartment Complex: Police

Some residents in Woodbridge got an eyeful on Tuesday afternoon when a took it upon himself to expose himself to neighbors, police say.

Umaru Kelvin Davies, 31, was arrested on Oct. 22, after apartment management alerted the police to a reported indecent exposure incident after he allegedly did so and made inappropriate gestures at the Longview Apartments in the 13700 block of Lynn Street.

According to the Prince William County Police Department, Davies exited his apartment, exposed himself, and made the gestures, prompting residents to notify management.

During the investigation, a warrant for Davies' arrest was obtained by investigators and he was tracked down later on Tuesday night and arrested without incident.

Davies was charged with indecent exposure. Bond was set at $1,000 secured, and his court date was pending on Wednesday.
